⭐Prom is a NO DRAMA ZONE and a NO COMPLAINING ZONE!
⭐ENJOY making great memories together!
Note: If there is something we can help you with, please talk to one of your fantastic chaperones. We are here to make sure everyone is happy and safe.
TICKETS
•Purchase your tickets from Angie C. in the office. Be sure to put your date's full name on the receipt that Angie gives you.
•Please Bring the receipt to Larson.
•TOMORROW (TUESDAY, APRIL 7) IS THE FINAL DAY TO BUY TICKETS!
•NO tickets will be sold at the door (Tickets went on sale the first week of March. The deadline to purchase them was March 27th).
AFTER PROM WAIVERS
•Your After Prom Waivers are due to Mrs. Murty TOMORROW (TUESDAY, APRIL 7).
•Turn them in to Mrs. Murty (They were due April 1).
WEATHER UPDATE:
•At the time of typing this email, there is a 60% chance of rain on Saturday. •Please wear something warm over your dresses and tuxes. You don't want to ruin your dress clothes.
•We will have umbrella escorts from the valet station to the doors of the building.
PARKING FOR PROM STUDENTS
•Student prom parking will be directly in front of the Midnight Ballroom Sign
PLEASE pull into the mall entrance directly off of Center Street by Scooters
•For those of you attending After Prom, there will be a place to stop and have your AFTER PROM bags checked/transferred BEFORE you pull up to the valet station
•If you are NOT attending After Prom, please carefully drive to the valet station
•If you DO NOT need the valet service, please park in the student parking. Please dress warmly for the walk from the car to the doors
•BRING EVERYTHING YOU NEED FROM YOUR CAR, AS YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO GO BACK TO YOUR CAR
PARKING FOR FAMILIES
•Please tell your families attending Promenade to NOT park directly in front of the entrance to the ballroom. That is student prom parking only. There is another section of parking available just to the south.
•Families will need to leave soon after the Promenade ends.
**REMEMBER: HAVE A GREAT TIME! ENJOY the night with your date and classmates. NO DRAMA!**
Promenade
•Promenade starts promptly at 5:00 p.m. Due to the forecasted weather,
Promenade will be held INSIDE the hallway, just outside the ballroom doors.
•JR Tichy will be introducing you as you walk the red carpet, which is another reason I need your date's name.
•If you DO NOT want to walk the red carpet, either stand in the hallway to watch Promenade OR go directly into the ballroom for Stalzer's official photos.
STALZER'S PHOTOS
•Once you've finished the red carpet, please enter the ballroom to get your official photos taken by Stalzers
•Photos will need to be taken right away
SEATING
•Choose a place to sit (Do NOT take other people's saved seats).
•Plan ahead who you will be sitting with.
•Each table has 10 people
•PLEASE DO NOT move tables or take chairs away from one table for another.
SWAG BAGS
•Once you've chosen your seats and settled in, get your gift bags at the Swag Bag Station.
DRINKS
•Lemonade and water
REMINDER: PROM 2026 is a NO DRAMA ZONE!
PHOTO BOOTH
•The Booth is available all night
•Please leave props/hats/etc. there when finished
•Have fun, but be appropriate
SUPPER
•The Pasta Bar will begin at 7:00-ish p.m. (buffet style). This was the catering choice juniors and seniors voted for
•Use those napkins to stay looking sharp!
DANCE
•Your DJs for the night will be Mr. and Mrs. Rockin' Barnes
•Only your DJs will have access to the laptop, stereo receiver,
and speakers (all of which are privately owned)
•Your DJs will play directly from YOUR music playlist. It will spin randomly
•Look over the playlist ahead of time that was sent to each of
you several weeks ago
•You may request a song from the playlist to be played sooner
during the dance by writing the request on a slip of paper
and handing it to Mr. or Mrs. Barnes
•Have fun, but be appropriate
LEAVING EARLY
•You and your date are allowed to leave early, as long as
one of your excellent chaperones speaks to your parent/guardian over
the phone giving you permission to depart
•Once you leave, you will not be allowed back in
